What we process and why
- Server logs (IP address, time, page, browser): to run and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Deleted once no longer needed for security.
- Account and portfolio data (email, name, profile picture and user ID from our sign-in provider Auth0/Okta, plus the holdings you enter or import): to provide the portfolio tracker. Legal basis: contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Kept until you delete it or your account.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.): visitor statistics, only if you accept cookies. Legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Cookies
_ga,_ga_*, kept up to 2 years. - TradingView charts load only after you click "Load chart". Flag icons and a chart library load from the jsDelivr network. Both receive your IP address.

Transfers outside the EU
Google and Okta may process data in the US, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local authority.
